Genres include folk, jazz, rock and pop from musicians like Miriam Makeba, Hugh Masekela, Johnny Clegg, Vicky Sampson, eVoid, Springbok Nude Girls, Freshly Ground and more!
All pumped out by a drums, bass, keyboard, guitar, sax and penny whistle playing and singing 8-piece band!

The Legends

The sad, the happy, the funny and often staggering stories round that music, narrated by our story-telling maestro producer, with animated audio-visuals.

For example, how did the Apartheid government completely misunderstand the Meadowlands song with hilarious results. Or why is there a band Called Springbok Nude Girls? Why wasn’t Bright Blue arrested for playing banned music?

The Cuisine

All rounded off with servings of the most famous South African cuisine, served tapas-style, in a taste-bud dazzling 5-course meal.

Meals include dishes like bobotie, biltong, pap en sous, Umngqusho, vetkoek and mince, Don Pedro, koeksisters and Baobab Fruit ice-cream.
